Finally done! It was easy for me to do but too many instances. :) On to December!

Wow that’s easy. I finished mines quite fast when I started two different HIIT workouts series in Fitness+ and finished them, the beginners and the guest trainer Jeanette Jenkins series. The chilly weather like the lake effect and the atmospheric river conditions is also making the weather so cold that it is perfect for staying indoors and warming up to HIIT… add it on with strength training as well. Even do a warm-type of cooldown at the end with Energetic Yoga flows, I highly recommend Dice if you want the more transitional moves, Jessica if you need slower pace or additional guidance and Jonelle for a faster paced movement. I also give the 45 minute ones and work out longer during the cold weather months.

Bundle up! It's been warmer than normal here so I don't really have that issue. But it has been cold a few mornings. I just throw on a jacket or coat and go out for my daily walk. Yea, I need to get back to Fitness+. I've been slacking... but that always happens this time of year!

Indeed but even Cali's been getting these storms, y'all. I also do the same just wear a hoodie but man mornings are so chilly, that is why doing all these HIIT in the mornings are ideal. It is just mid-chilly, no snow but we do get rain. You better get back on the streak...

no, can't run anymore due to issues with my feet, I do indoor cycling (spin bike), 12 miles every morning.
So the distance challenges are (regular) walking during the day which is why the distance is somewhat reasonable
Understandable, no wonder it seems easy. I usually do not log lots of walks so the activity challenges are targeted on my rings mostly.
