Just received UPS notification it's out for delivery on Monday. Original estimate was 3-4 weeks and its exactly 4 weeks and 3 days from ordering to delivery.

There seems to be very little logic to the process, I can only hope with the holidays coming to an end, production and shipping will move up a gear or two and you have yours soon too.
Mine shipped today, estimated delivery on 9th, but when I look at the other threads, it seems to take about 5 days from shipment to delivery. So I hope it could be here by the weekend.
So 11 months of waiting, hoping, disappointment and saving money will perhaps have an end then.

Mine also just shipped... with TNT and has the same delivery date as yours.

You are not alone, Trog. Ordered mine through a reseller on Nov 28, two days before it went up on the Apple site. At first, Apple showed a delivery window of "2-4 weeks." That deadline passed on Dec 28. Now my estimate is the generic "3-5 business days." Translation: Jan 3 to Jan 7. And still the beat goes on. And on. And ....

Let us all hope for the best and a good start for 2013!Got a phone from a nice guy at Apple in Ireland this morning, telling me that my shipment date should have been 28th December, but my 27" was still in manufacturing but would still arrive on schedule - 31st Dec to 7th Jan.
Went to the Apple store site and it is marked as Shipped, delivery by Jan 9th. Then had a text SMS message saying the same.
That phone call confused me, but it seems it is on its way!
And the winner is the one who has the longest wait for his IMAC

I would definitely call Apple and give them an ear full, there should be no excuse for that.

Surely you haven't ordered through Apple? Have you gone through a reseller?
Yes, thats for sure the problem. The reseller is doing the best he can. He got a few 1TB machines this week. However, the 3TB machines are still not delivered. I called a few numbers (Apple Store Nederland et cetera) but nobody can be of any help.

I have giving up hope i will ever receive this iMac ( 27 with only change from standard the 1tb fusion)..............

Of course i can order directly at Apple nl, but they are more expensive and don't take my old iMac back......
Because of the after service et cetera. Learned my lessons. Will only buy in the future right from the shelf.
