Made a new one to mark my switch back to Firefox. Safari's constant crashing just became too annoying...

Been busy all day making Search Engines to make up for the loss of AcidSearch... :D

Now, how to get Spellbound to Check Spelling As I Type...? :(

Ahh the beauty and simplicity of AcidSearch :D

Did you have a ton of haxies running on Safari? or just some random weird crashing? I haven't had any issues with Safari 2.0.2, come to think of it, no issues with Safari 1.x either....save for the lack of RSS support ;)

No, not a lot of haxies. Just AcidSearch and Taboo... and I have disabled them temporarily to see if there was any difference a couple of times, and it wasn't...

99% of the crashes occur(ed) when I close(d) a tab where there was a page with CGI content (especially after a search that didn't find anything). For a while it was mostly when I visited my local public library, but since Safari was upgraded to 2.0.2 it has gotten worse and actually crashing when I was searching places like Apple's own download site...

So finally I had it. Found Vienna, thanks to a tip here at MR, to replace Safari's RSS handling (don't like FF's live bookmarks), Spellbound, again mentioned here at MR, to replace Mac OS X's built in spell checker and made some search engines. Now I'm eagerly awaiting the final release of Firefox 1.5... :)

Hey Mitthrawnuruodo! I enjoy using Firefox, too. But I don't seem to have any major issues with Safari. Hmm...strange that it keeps crashing on you.

It's those weird places I got to search for information, you know... ;)

I don't mind switching back. Used Firefox as my main browser under Panther, and just switched to Safari with Tiger, so it's not that big adjustment.

I don't mind the look and feel of FF, either. I like it just fine, and think it fits fine with Tiger (just as an attempt to get the tread back OT ;))... :)

That looks far to much like a color ultrasound, creepy....where's the baby!? :p

It'd be very creepy if there was a baby in there. The pic was the insides my Halloween Pumpkin photographed through it's mouth. No babies in there... oh dear god I hope there was no babies in there.

Updated my Kanji desktops. Here's a sample (I've got about 10):
