As for Adium, the contact list is a custom mixture of themes and packs available from Adium Xtra. The overall style is Adium HUD but it will need tweaking.

The message window, again, is a mixture of Adium mods which I'm guessing aren't supported by Adium since it involves replaces files in the 'Resources' folder. Try Googling "Adium HUD mod" - I'm sure that's how I came about it.

As for the album art, that's CoverStream. It's €15 I think, and it displays artwork beautifully on the desktop, and also lets you browse through your albums, CoverFlow style.

However, I don't like that functionality, so I also own CoverSutra, which displays notifications of song changes, and also lets me search for a song/artist/album via the Menu Bar (a la Spotlight).

CoverSutra lets you view album art on the desktop, but its nowhere as nice, so I've turned that feature off and used it for its search/notification features only, and CoverStream for its album displaying features.
 
Colors of the wall are kind of fall feeling I thought, quite liking the combo.

Wall: "The Mist watafla", don't remember where it came from but I'm sure Google could find it.
iTunes controller: Bowtie, just came out, trying it in place of Coversutra. :)
