It's not a Mac.
It's a PC.
I just changed the background, moved the taskbar to the top, downloaded rocket dock, and put hard drive shortcuts on the desktop.

The icons are from The Kobhens set by Roberto Urso. Not sure what you mean by the menu bar... if you mean the dock, I made it. If you mean the real menu bar, it's Apple's with the Veritas theme applied. The Veritas theme is also by Roberto Urso and is available for download at the site I previously linked.
