new desktop for november, not sure on the time though i think i might need to move it.

Can't tell for sure, but did you remove the border and background from your dock? How did you get that? I've been searching all over for a way to remove it when placed on the side. So far, I've only been able to remove the border.
 
Newbie question but how are you guys getting the calendars on the desktop? Its driving me crazy trying to figure it out?

It can do alot more then just display the date and time. Calander, iTunes, Weather etc. There are some pretty slick things people are doing with it..... But yeah, geektools!
