Now Contact crashes during hotsync

I'm new to the world of macs and specifically to this forum. I'm having a problem hotsync'ing my Verizon Treo 650 to my MacBook. I can sync without problems as long as I disable the Now Contact section. Here's the error codes I get when Now Contact shuts down my Conduit Manager. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for copying the entire log, but I wanted to give all the info possible for anyone that can help.
