I would guess the force touch screen, but who knows.I always thought the 5S stood for sensor, but that's debatable. What is it about the screen you think is noteworthy? I'm hearing a near sapphire level hardness, is that it?

S stands for Sixteen GB, one more time

S stands for Sixteen GB, one more time
I hope it'll be called the iPhone 6sss. Same Sixteen GB, Sucker! You are all wrong. It stands for Sucker.![]()
Now it's obvious the S stands for screen
The 3GS was meant that way, the 4S was more of an afterthought it seems (since it only came out later and they just sort of just attributed it to it in a sense), the 5s I don't recall Apple really commenting on the 's' aspect of it.iPhone 3GS: "S" is "Speed"
iPhone 4S: "S" is "Siri"
iPhone 5S: "S" is "Security"
S for Screen - force touch/new screen resolution... all rumors that is until confirmation tomorrow.
It's not like it is but for some people the S stands for something. 3GS is speed, 4s is Siri, 5s is security, soon 6s is for screen. the whole time it was 6s for the screen
Rumour is that it will have a screen, I think you are on to something special...It's not like it is but for some people the S stands for something. 3GS is speed, 4s is Siri, 5s is security, soon 6s is for screen. the whole time it was 6s for the screen
