Now Playing glance always playing?

Whenever I look at the Now Playing app, it always shows the Pause icon and it looks like it is playing. If it is playing, where is it playing? I have no bluetooth headphones. Is this draining my battery? Whenever I click the Pause icon, it stays at "Play" for 3-5 seconds and then switches to "Pause". Looks like it is always playing? Anybody else seeing this?

For the record, I have an Silver Sport model, MJ2T2LL/A.

I notice this too. Maybe its just a bug that will get fixed. I'm not worried about it.
