my Watch will automatically switch to the “now playing” screen when watching videos or listening to music. I like the function of this for adjusting volume or changing songs from my watch.

What’s annoying is that the “now playing” screen stays on even after I’m done on my phone. I’ll go to check the time awhile later and it’s still sitting on the now playing screen.

1st world problems, I know. Just curious if this happens to others. I know I can go into the settings and disable auto launch, but I like the functionality when I’m actually listen/watching content. What I want is an auto off function too. Lol.

I have now playing in my dock. So I pull it up manually as needed and it shuts off when I close the function I was using it with.

I’ve been wondering about this too. Is there a way to have the Now Playing interface go away once the music on the phone has stopped?

I just notice this and it is a bit annoying. I would love it to go away if I do not listen to the music.

I just turned that screen off completely from showing up on my watch through the phone app. I found it annoying when I was out walking and listening to music through my phone or while driving in the car.
