This is rather interesting after watching appleinsiders latest video about 13" vs 15" MBP 2018 comparison.

I noticed that his Open GL score on his 13" MBP for the Cinebench R15 were slower than my base model nTB 2017 MBP (256GB):

2018 scored 34.52fps while mine scores 40.73fps. What gives?

Also my write speeds are noticeably faster than both the 13" and 15" MBP's 2018:

13" 2017 - 1426 / 2342
13" 2018 - 1179 / 2493
15" 2018 - 1169 / 2547

Here are my screenshots:

I know it is slower, but it still somehow manages to beat the 13" MPB 2018 in 2 of these benchmarks, and quite significantly

That is an OpenGL test that is never updated and is depreciated.

And the other test makes no difference in the real world and the SSD is basically the same generation and controller.
