So frustrating, I can't figure out why this isn't working (aside from the fact that Nuance software is generally a little wonky). When I try to download and install Nuance 15 Dragon Home in Windows 10 in Parallels, it comes up with a little window that says it is the nuance download manager and that it is "creating download". But its not. Nothing happens after this. I tried turning off the firewall and AV, no go. 2015 27"iMac with OS 10.15.4. Any idea greatly appreciated, because i'm wearing my fingers down to the bone typing while working at home and would really like to be using voice recognition.

Hi, I know it's not a new thread, but did you check this with Parallels Desktop 16.1.0?

I've heard of others with this issue. Apparently the only solution is to contact Nuance and request an alternative direct download link.

I never did get it working and returned dragon- this was before the new parallels. I did send nuance a message but had never heard back from them. thanks for the replies!
