Nuke iCloud Settings, Start Over

Hello,

I have had issues with cloud syncing with basically everything except Mail and Contacts. Notes are in shambles, text shortcuts are messed up on my Mac and iOS devices, and I would want to just start over. If it wasn't for my purchases I would have just made a new account in hope of getting things right.

Is it possible to "reboot" the account, so that all my settings and previous data from Notes etc. are removed?
