Null_explanation after App review?

Every time I rate or rate and leave a review. I get a pop up saying "Null_explanation" and does not get submitted.

Anyone know what this is?

Could be a ton of things... Bottom line is that the code is getting a null value and it isn't happy. Is this through the app store? If it is, it is likely a problem on their end or you may need to restore the device.

Yes it is through the app store. I will go along with the restore. I have everything backed up on iTunes anyways.

I'll give it a try.

Write the review but don't rate it. Press send. It will then ask you to rate it in a popup alert. Rate it and it will work.

Too late, I did the restore. Lol, but thanks for the solution. If it ever happens again I'd know what to do so thanks.
