Does anyone know why Numbers and Keynote are in the top free when they are $9.99?
I assume pages and the others are also but I purchased them. And they are in the free column.

When did you buy your device? If you bought it after September 10, 2013, you get the iLife/iWork free.

I think it's just for the last batch of newly announced devices, not just newly purchased. At least once you do buy a qualifying device, then the apps are treated like others you buy, so they can be downloaded to older devices on the same account.
