Numbers and Pages won’t open on iPhone 8+

I have not used these apps on my iPhone before so I just discovered that both Numbers and Pages will not open. They start to, but then close down immediately. I don’t see anything in the settings that would cause this. This happened before I installed iOS 14 and now after. I use both programs regularly on my iPad with no problems. Anybody know what’s going on?

Have you checked for updates to the apps? Have you tried a hard reset of your phone? Try those first.

Thank you. Yes I’ve done done a hard reset on my phone. I re downloaded them from the app store and that worked. Appreciate the response!
