Numbers sharing with other ipad user

So i made a file with numbers and i wanted to share it with someone else to let that person edit it and still see the edit she will make.

So i hit the little sharing buttom and send her the like by email. But this link will juste get her on icloud via web browser.

Is there a way to make that file be on both our icloud account and be updated by each other?

No, because then you'll have two versions and edit can't track across two files.
