Numbers won't uninstall

I've got my iPad jailbroken using spirit and I just tried to change the icon of Numbers but it didn't work. I didn't save the original icon so I was just going to reinstall it. I just tried to delete it from my springboard...restarted iPad and it still there but with a plain white icon. The app works still but it just has no icon and will not uninstall from my iPad.
Can anyone help?
