numeric entry alarm clock?

I need an alarm clock that allows me to set an alarm quick.

Is there one that accepts numeric input. E.g. for 3:30pm, I want to press 3 3 0 p on a keypad to set the alarm. I'm tired of scrolling virtual number wheels and I don't need multiple editable alarms since typing in the time is much quicker.

I looked at about a dozen alarm clocks but all of them use the scroll wheels.

 

Forgot to mention I have a 2nd generation ipod touch with no microphone and no siri. Thanks.
