Ashka macrumors 6502a Mar 28, 2009 #7 Not available on the early 2008 MBP either. You have to use the top row number keys or buy a USB number pad. F6 is one of the keyboard backlight keys. Even the old PPC iBook had number pad keys and a number lock option to use them. 🙁 S.
