I've been looking at the differences between the Samsung Active 2, and the AW series 4, maybe the 6, depending. While testing the Samsung watch, I discovered that Samsung Health gives a nutritional breakdown showing the amount of each relevant nutritional item, per meal, items such as the vitamins, sodium, protein, carbs, fats, etc. Then, gives an overall goal for the "big 3", Protein, Carbs, and fats, and shows how you did during the day.
Obviously, Apple Health doesn't have this quite interesting/helpful feature, so I'm wondering, is there an app out there that I can use to obtain this information, and will import into Apple Health? I currently use My Fitness Pal to track calories, etc, but to get the info, I would have to "subscribe" at an exorbitant price to give what Samsung Health does for free.
Thanks for any info in advance.

MyFitnessPal will do all this and sync the activities you record from your watch

Not without a subscription, and that's what I'm trying to get around. I have a hard time paying $50 a year for something I get for free with another device. :) I'm currently trying to decide which I really want to keep, the Apple watch environment, (iPhone 11 Pro/AWS4/6) or the Samsung S20Plus/Active 2/3. I'm trying to see if I can get those features that I like the best on one over to the other. It will make the decision process easier. :) Right now, both have really great features, and that decision is pretty tough. At least I have until the Aug/Sep time frame to decide.

You’re wrong. It will show you your daily macros without subscription but cannot go back and review history

Try the “Lose It” app. It works well without a subscription and is much better and safer than Fitness Pal.
Why safer?

Just looked at Lose it!, and so far, I like what I see. First off, the yearly sub is only $19.99, vs. the $49.95 of MFP. There's a few things that I'll be missing, like recipe import, but the macros are exactly what I was looking for. Vastly improved since I looked at it several years ago, while MFP has gone downhill. Thanks for the tip.

Maybe I will take a look at LoseIt! as well. It has been a LONG time since I checked it out. Been using FP for years now, but, the non-paid version is getting more and more difficult to use.
