NVIDIA 7300GT VRAM not showing

No VRAM in NVIDIA 7300 GT showing in system Profiler
It will show up when I chek it from Installer Snow Leo disk and if I just install only that to a clean HD but as soon as I carbon copy clone everything to new HD it show no VRAM.
I have a Mac Pro with 9GB RAM
