Nvidia 9600 gt configuration!!! Need Help...

    Hi... I just bought a MacBook Pro with Nvidia 9600 GT, so i installed some games but the graphics is very bad, this cound't be... look the new macbook pro configuration is great. So does anyone know what is the problem? do i have to install anything from nvidia? or update? or how do i configure nvidia?

    try using windows? and what games are you trying to play?

    i don't have a pc... i just have a macbook pro that i bought last week. I'm trying to install the sims 2, and the graphics is terrible... but the configuration of the game is higher. I don't understand why!

    Have you heard of bootcamp?

    Or are you just unwilling to learn anything about macs.

    Ok, now this may sound stupid, but it's happened before... :rolleyes: Make sure that you turn on the "Higher Performance" option in System Prefs.

    I think that the MBP uses the 9400 by default.
    You have to change it in the preferences...
