NVidia Quadro 4000 looses second screen on 10.6.6

After several out of the blue crashes I decided to update to 10.6.6 and see if things got any better. Just rebooted and poof, second screen on the Quadro 4000 is gone. In display pref's I can't even detect displays or set different screen resolutions.

Turns out you need to download the 10.6.6 update from Apple website

and get a new Quadro driver here

A loose second screen sounds dangerous. You should try and muzzle it, or at least attach it to your desk so it can't get out and savage any passers by.
