just pre-ordered my 16gb 3g, and was just wondering if UK 3g will be entirly free, as previously i have been charged by orange to use 3g web browsing.

can some explain what o2 means by 'free unlimited data'?

you said it yourself... means free unlimited data. Theres a fair usage policy, but other than that, the data is free as part of your contract!
