O2 Delivery.. Status..

Hey Guys..

I know many people on O2 who have their Tracking number AND Order Status as Despatched..
I mean WTF. where is mine... I'm sure some of you will agree with this?

I Pre-ordered On launch day, while they had stock.. I know people who did theirs later than mine have a Tracking Number etc..
I'm normally a patient person but when O2 Customer Servive lie & change their stories every time I ask what is going on,
I get rather Pee'd Off.

I'm sure O2 customer services has given you guys a couple of lies like they have given me.

Any one else is on Order Status "In Progress"

On the business lease, not got a tracking info yet.
But apparently business lease customers are highest priority, due to the 12 months turn around on the contract...

Hmm aren't you a little annoyed?

If I dont get anything from them by tomorrow evening ill draft a Letter and complain hard (again)! They have no right to lie to customers who pay their Sallary.
