I've noticed today that my phone keeps saying E "Edge" no 3G. I've not changed any of the settings please could someone confirm the O2 contract "pay monthly" settings for me.
I'm sorry i ever moved to o2 they have a terrible service! I can't wait untill the contract is up with them and i can use my Orange sim again yes i said Orange!
I'll pop into o2 at weekend see if they have any ideas. Any one else though in the mean time?
Is your SIM 3G compatible? Most likely is but try putting in those internet settings. Signal issues are probably related to the frequency used by O2. They might be using 1800Mhz for EDGE which sort of sucks for penetration which is why if you get closer it gets better along with a clear LOS to a certain extent. What kind of iPhone and iPad?
