O2 MMS problem

I got one sent to me and I got a txt from O2 saying that I had to go to the website to view the message. How in the future can I make sure that it comes directly through a text?

Also I can't send one. A red ! comes up.

You are using a 3G and not a 1st gen iPhone?

Sounds like you both have 1st Gen or your data settings arent correct on the phone
