o2 mobile broadband isnt loading?!

hi all,
im totally new to anything apple, couple of hours ago i came over to the dark side! LOL
well im trying to get my o2 broadband (irish network) thingey to work but my new macbook doesnt even pick it up!
so here i am back on my clunky dell asking a noob question?😀

any suggestions?

I'd give them a call. The problem is sometimes on their end, and you may as well get your money's worth with the amount you're probably paying for the service.
