O2 - No SIM with online order - anyone else

just my luck, my online ordered 16gb arrived without the necessary SIM, so looks like another day's wait (still lucky). What is the extent of this problem? I got an envelope but no SIM
 
Are you on contract with an iPhone already? The new ones don't come with SIM cards - you need to put your old SIM into the new iPhone. There should be a document inside the envelope you got that tells you this.
