O2 not honouring 30 day return promise?

Kept my iPhone beyond 14 days given Jobs' pledge that we have 30 days to return just to see what shook out with software fixes.

For those of us who bought and recommitted to new contracts, O2 is now saying that we can't return it by tomorrow? That's what they told me.

Yeah I read that on their computers last time I was in there. I dont think the 30 day policy applies as they never offered one in the first place.

they've been 'talking to apple' over the week about it i presume, hopefully they'll extend the early upgrade offer as I'm in France at the moment and not able to upgrade by tomorrow.. bad times.
