Is there something wrong with O2's online upgrade service at the minute, or am I just not eligible for an upgrade? My contract renewal date was last Friday! I request an upgrade code which is then sent as a text to my phone. When I enter the upgrade code I get the message: Sorry but we cannot upgrade you online at this time. Please call 0800 032 3358 for further assistance. Is this the message you get if you are not eligible for an upgrade or should I just try again at a later date?
