O2 - Pay as you goings with iPhone 3G..

Hey All,
I currently have a contract that runs out in February with Three. I am thinking of getting a iPhone 3G from eBay (Locked to O2) and using a Pay and Go O2 Sim Card with it (and a iPhone Web Bolt-on), and then unlocking it when the 'ol Pwnge Tool is released.

Basically my question is...
Will a Pay and Go O2 SIM work in a Contract iPhone 3G?


I would presume it would already be activated and therefore I could just put the SIM in...

or...

Should I just wait for the Pay and Go iPhone to be released (When that'll be! lol)...

Dont think i|Phone3G has been unlocked as of yet and you may end up wasting your cash so just wait a few months for the official Paygo iPhone3G.
