I cancelled an o2 contract before it was sent out but they still want me to rake delivery how can I fix this issue? Would resolver help?

I recently purchased an iPhone 13 on contract I haven’t had a dispatched email yet but I’ve changed my mind about it and I don’t want it anymore how do I cancel the complete order I’ve tried going on to the app and it won’t allow me to cancel

Found this online. Would appear you’ll need to accept the delivery and then return it within 14 days.
