For anyone who’s still being fobbed off - o2 do have the power to prioritise your order I have been back onto CS saying it’s unacceptable and I want the issue resolved immediately. They have prioritised my order and said I will have the iPhone before the 3rd of October.
A guy on Reddit ordered his iPhone 16 pro max 256gb black on the 17th and received it yesterday- it’s nothing to do with stock. Someone also complained and got his tracking the same day.
