For anyone who’s still being fobbed off - o2 do have the power to prioritise your order I have been back onto CS saying it’s unacceptable and I want the issue resolved immediately. They have prioritised my order and said I will have the iPhone before the 3rd of October.

A guy on Reddit ordered his iPhone 16 pro max 256gb black on the 17th and received it yesterday- it’s nothing to do with stock. Someone also complained and got his tracking the same day.

Will keep youse posted!

Omg everyone is saying the same I ordered mine on the 13th when the phone just came up and apparently they told me they have groups and they send the phone out in groups so probably the groups before me have received the order.
However I’m wondering how come people who have ordered after me are in group A

No way !!! I was just chatting with one of the advisor and she goes to me it’s on first come first base and apparently I need to wait patiently for it.im going to call and complain.

Is yours the iPhone 16pro max desert titanium? Because apparently according to o2 it’s first come first serve but it depends on the colour

Bit late to the party but thought I create a thread for all the users that have pre ordered / ordered through O2

Not sure about others but been really messed around by O2 this year.

Pre ordered a 16 PM 512GB on 13/09 probably around 1430 due to all the glitches

Got a confirmation email and text - email said order will be delivered 20/09

MyO2 order status still shows the order processing and delivery date date for 20/09

Support have been useless in providing a meaningful update

So thought this might be a good place to see people who are in similar position and see when your order statues begin to change!
I got the order around the 28th, but still waiting for them to sort out the trade in.

I’m ditching o2 as soon as possible - their service has been dreadful.
