O2 upgrading my iPhone 3G to 3GS

Hi, my contract runs out with O2 at the end of Jan 2010, I'm eligible for a one month early upgrade. Could someone please inform me on upgrade costs, I have 16 gig iPhone 3G currently, what costs are involved in upgrading to the 3GS??

Yeah the O2 website just tells me that I can upgrade but gives no details on costs?
