O2 visual voicemail problem

    Hi all - posted on the official forums and o2 but bit of a broader knowledge base here so here goes....

    Anytime I 'kill' the phone 'app' in multitasking it forgets my visual voicemail pin and setup - ie I need to set it up all over again. Is this the same for all networks or is this problem specific to O2 ?

    I have tried dialling 1750, ressting network settings, turning the phone off etc.

    Yeah sure if I dont kill the phone 'app' in multitasking then it stays but surely it shouldnt forget the settings each time and need to be kept running?

    Full erase sorted this for me :) (when I restored backup it came back)
