Obfuscated rendering on ATV+ on iMac 2020

I am unable to watch any ATV+ shows on my iMac 2020 (macOS v12.5) with Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB. All content appears obfuscated. See screen shots.

Any suggestion on how to fix this? I have done a NVRAM reset and it did not fix the problem.
