Maybe on a Mac Pro. It needs lots of memory and lots of Vid memory that isn't shared. And, then either bootcamp or some other related program and then windows vista. Expensive is what it would cost to run it. I had a windows machine, 2 gb ram, 128 mb vid card, and it wouldn't even install. So, more is better.
