Obscenely large font on incoming e-mails?

Every now and then I get an e-mail in which the text is incredibly large?. This only happens when I view the e-mail in Mail. Does this happen to anyone else and can it be stopped?
 
I've never had that. Is it always from the same sender, the same ISP or the same email delivery system? 🙂
