Observations from Apple Store today - Apple Watch

I would check to make sure you have the bands installed correctly - I have never experienced sharpness with any of Apple’s Milanese loops

This doesn’t fold into place with a magnet. This has a locking system that they’ve never had on a band like this before.

ya..... realized after i posted that you were talking about the ULTRA and not the regular! That's really nice that they rounded the edges! the sharp corners of the regular are what's digging/poking me!

Oh sorry I should have clarified. I wish Apple would make this design for all of their Milanese loops. It’s much better than the magnet.
