OCing the new MP 2.26

    I know the new MP have the turbo boost, but do you think there is any way to potentially OC these 2.26 systems like there i7 920 counter parts. If people have been getting these 2.66 i7's to 4ghz, wouldn't it be possible to get these 2.26 to 3ghz? and greatly improve their single thread numbers?

    How about in windows boot camp? Can we overclock the nehalems then?

    2. apple uses EFI, so even if you figured out how to unlock the multiplyer, goodluck finding a guide to use EFI (its text based).

    If you want to overclock you have no hope in doing soo unless you either have to much time on your hands or you know how to unlock the multiplyer etc :)

    dont forget that they are not your everday "consumer" processors, they are the higher model "server" processors, built for stability and other stuff (Y).
