OCR app iPhone directly scanned to pages on macbook?

Is there an app with which I can scan a page from a book with my iPhone and highlight some passages which are then directly scanned to pages on macbook?
 
Almost.

  1. iOS11.
  2. Notes App.
  3. Tap (+) Scan Document.
  4. Saved to iCloud Notes.
  5. From there you can get to Pages.
