Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

I love the collective rage in this thread that continues to disregard the fact that all of us were quoted October 1 - October 6 delivery dates. Sure we can argue until we are blue in the face about Apple site glitches, order fiascos, security scans, poor supply, ups, trolls, etc., but at the end of the day you are getting your phone earlier than you thought.
At the end of the day it has always been the case that the only way to GUARANTEE you get the phone you want on launch day is to be first in line and wait.
I keep reading if this, if that, if, if, if, if, blah blah blah. It reminds me of something my pops used to say to me when i would go on an "if" tangent: "well son, if my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle." Can't argue with that logic.
Take a collective breath. Let's stop jumping down each others throats and get back to the updates, speculation, plane tracking, group hugging neurotic craziness we had before.

No, I THOUGHT I'd get 9/19 launch day shipping and that's why I stayed up all flippin night refreshing Apple's worthless store app.
I'm NOT thanking Apple for a 9/25 delivery just because I got screwed with a Oct. 1-6 original delivery date while others magically got 9/19 while ordering at the same time I did.
Dang, I thought there were two flights out of Incheon? One at 420AM and another at 439AM? Oh well. I hope it does leave at 6AM!

I've been watching this flight. No departure scan for me yet though. It seems like I get my updates later than usual. Everyone on this forum gets updates before me lol. I just really hope my phone is on that plane.
Can anyone confirm they had a import scan today that has expedited shipping that has an expected delivery date of 9/25?

Exactly!! When I was able to get in and select the phone, probably 35 to 45 minutes into the launch, it told me 9/19 for delivery. I wasn't told Oct 1-6 until after I had placed the order and received my conformation email. That is certainly part of the frustration I've had. Sure seems like UPS would want to get their center cleared out because they will have just as many phones hitting the docs tonight, and tomorrow, etc. I'm in the 1:56 group that still does not have an import scan.
I left the iphone years ago because of certain situations( small screens, the huge marketing machine, the antenna, the bad screens, etc...) that occurred. My first pre-order since deciding to give Apple another chance and this happens. No matter what negatives Ive heard about the galaxy series I have never experienced any of those. I have the note 3 now and was awaiting the note 4 when I decided to give apple another chance ( 6+). This giving certain people better shipping than others is ridiculous. We all paid the same price, most of us were awake at 3 am and paid the exact same price for our particular phones. I do not think i will pre-order again.
