I know...not another delivery thread but I'm just trying to make a helpful thread since all of the October delivery threads are so screwed up with random information that really helps no one. This way if somebody gets charged or status change, the rest of us will at least know if we have solid information.

- NON-iUP (since iUP are getting priority while the rest of us are not, its not a realistic comparison)
