Wonder if the 256gbs are delayed? Maybe i'll just wait until i receive a notification instead of checking the apple app every 5 minutes

same exact except order my email confirmation was 3:14 EST ..

I thought the 256 might actually ship faster since it would most likely be less of a demand. Guess I was wrong
I'm pretty sure that there is less of a demand, but the supply is low too. What I don't know is whether there's a production problem with these phones regardless of the number of units Apple arranged to build.

Did you just join the IUP with this order? If you were already enrolled, you probably can get a phone sooner.
Not denying I totally got lucky for sure. UPS is making attempts to expedite shipping figured my phone shipment was fortunate enough to get caught up in that.
I expect plenty others to be surprised this week with earlier than expected shipments. *crossing fingers*
I was on the Store site at 3:01am on the 9th, but because of site errors, I wasn't able to get a confirmation until about 3:15am. I was given a ship date of 10/4-10/10. At around 11am the same day, I jumped onto AT&T's site and confirmed the same configuration with a ship date of 9/23 and cancelled the order from Apple. Four hours later, I got an email from AT&T saying that there was an error so they couldn't complete my order, but I was free to try again with no penalty. So I do, but when I got to the confirmation page, ship dates had slipped to 10/7 at AT&T. I then went back to Apple at 3:30pm to see what their ship dates were like, they still had 10/4 so I confirmed with them.
Anyone else confirmed later in the day on the 9th, and have any movement on their order? Is it likely we will get ours on Tuesday?

Mine FINALLY went to Preparing for Shipment, about 10 minutes ago! iPhone 7 Plus, Matte Black, AT&T 128GB, ordered at 11:03am on the 9th.
What the hell, literally same phone and I ordered 2 hours earlier than you. I still have nothing.
