760 calories, and my Exercise goal is 30 minutes.What’s your move goal?
So not that easy then! Removing tree roots this morning is helping me use up my exercise minutes on other.760 calories, and my Exercise goal is 30 minutes.
Not easy, but I can do it when I get in a longer run on the weekends / days off. But on a workday, when I do shorter runs? Not gonna happen. Which is OK, my challenge this month is only to double the Move goal 7 times.So not that easy then! Removing tree roots this morning is helping me use up my exercise minutes on other.
Hunting for the "rain" I have to brake myself then and now to avoid getting the monthly challenge too early. Mostly I do red calories by walking very much. So the braking stands in contradiction to my personal goal of getting as much steps as possible. Really a bad situation.Little reminder: If you never have had the "medal rain", this month it is the third and last time this year you can get it.
October 31 is a sunday, so a bunch of medals could be earned then:
- perfect week red, blue, green, all three.
-monthly challenge perfectly timed on the last day
- perfect month
- 200%, 300%, 400%
-perhaps some new other records or new discipline medals.
