Icons are Flurry icon set. Can be found at The Iconfactory. Dock is Official Snow Leopard Dock BLACK, I got it somewhere in deviantart I don't recall where exactly though. A Google search should show it up 😀

I use Candybar to change icons. It's compatible with iContainers. LiteIcon also works, and is free.

There are various programs, such as SuperDocker, for changing the dock.

It has, hold both home and sleep/wake button at the same time, you here a click, go in the Photos app and there it is!
