MenuMeters is a set of CPU, memory, disk, and network monitoring tools for MacOS X. The MenuMeters monitors are true SystemUIServer plugins (also known as Menu Extras). This means they can be reordered using command-drag and remember their positions in the menubar across logins and restarts.

The right one shows CPU usage. Blue being User load, red is system load. The left is network usage. Top (green) data rate being transmitted, bottom (red) data rate being received.

Brilliant little utility.

From November 2001. I took it with a little Canon APS Elph, so the quality isn't that great. I did, however, just buy a Nikon Coolpix 7900 digital: 7.1 Megapixels, the whole bit. So, when I go next month, I'll be sure to get a better shot. 🙂
