When I try to place an order for a new iPhone 6 (I returned my 6 Plus yesterday) the Apple Store gives me this message. I also had this message during the few days during which I was using the 6 Plus so it was already activated. AT&T says my upgrade eligibility has been restored and when I go to my wireless account I can place a new order for a new 2-yr contract. "We found an iPhone order for this phone number. There's an existing order for the phone number you provided. You can only have one upgrade order per phone number at a time. You'll be able to place additional iPhone orders once you receive and activate this iPhone." Anyone have experience with this error? Thanks!
